On July 16, 2016 - Postponed, law enforcement agencies will compete for a "Top Shot" title on the Palouse to raise money for the Reserve Association. The Shootout will be a competition between Law Enforcement agencies throughout and surrounding Whitman County. The Rolling Hills Shootout is an all day event consisting three different events which will test the team's accuracy and speed. Lunch is provided to the participants and available for a small fee for spectators and family.

This event is limited to the first 10 teams paid teams.
Who:  Full-time, part-time, and reserve L.E. and C.O. only
What:  3 Gun Combat Competition for teams of four
Where:  Whitman County Sheriff's Range, 252 Landfill Road, Pullman, WA
When:  Saturday, July 16, 2016. Check-in at 0800, shooting at 0900
Why:  Team trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
How much:  $30 per shooter for 3 Gun Combat Competition ($120 per team)

Bonus Round! A Precision Rifle Event will take place following the team shootout. Entry cost is $5.00 with signups happening the day of the event only. Money will be split between the winner and the Reserve Association. The range will be shut down and precision shooters moved to a different location on the range. Shooters will engage steel targets set between 100yds and 600yds. Your rifle must be a .308 cal or under. No magnums allowed! Individual Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded.
